Every day, SING-LIN FOODS operates its own dedicated fleet of flour delivery trucks, transporting freshly milled, custom-blended flour directly from the mill to our 45-ton storage silos. An advanced smart control system oversees nine critical stages of noodle production, ensuring consistency and precision throughout the process. Our noodles are slowly air-dried for 8 hours to deliver exceptional texture and elasticity. We offer a wide variety of noodle thicknesses, ranging from 0.9 mm to 9 mm, with over a dozen specifications available. Additionally, we offer non-fried, steam-cooked ramen sheets that undergo high-pressure steam gelatinization—significantly reducing cooking time to just three minutes without compromising flavor or quality.
