Wide, thick noodles with a lotus-leaf shape produced with automated slicing technology. The noodles are firm, smooth, and structurally robust so they will not break or become mushy after cooking. The unique texture of hand-slicing is preserved making it suitable for use in soup noodles, dry mixed noodles, and stewed noodles. OEM production for sliced noodles incorporates highly standardized production techniques to support consistent batch production and customized development.
