The noodles have a natural, emerald-green color, robust structure, and springy texture that is resistant to over-cooking and water absorption. No preservatives are added to satisfy the market trend towards healthier products. Suitable for the development of soup noodles, stir-fry noodles, mixed noodles and other products.
