Ramen OEM is produced using automated equipment and a standardized process. Different soup noodle types are supported ranging from thin, smooth Japanese ramen to thick, springy beef noodles. The noodles have a wavy shape to improve their tensile strength, soup absorption, and smoothness. Cooking time is approximately 4 minutes making it suitable for the development of room temperature soup noodle products. The noodles are non-friended to improve their health value. There is no oily smell and the texture is similar to freshly cooked noodles. An excellent choice for achieving differentiation in the enhanced instant noodles market.
