The unique texture of SINGLIN FOODS noodles is based on a special patent flour developed in conjunction with partners in industry, government, and academia. The advanced flour mix represents a return to the spirit of traditional artisanal noodle-making by eliminating additives used for enhancing texture and whiteness.

Dedicated bulk flour trucks were purchased by SINGLIN FOODS to protect against contamination. Flour is transferred through sealed conduits to ensure their safety and hygiene during noodle production. Only the finest ingredients will do for artisans.
Professional mastery of the production process
Challenging the water content limit for machine-made dry noodles
The dough is critical to noodle quality in traditional noodle-making. The water content of the dough is of utmost importance to the quality and quantity of gluten.

Modern science and technology were employed by SINGLIN FOODS in the design of the flour specifications, mixing with chilled water, water injection equipment, proving of the dough, proving of the noodle sheets, and roasting technique to satisfy the requirements for continuous mass production. The 32% water content reflects our artisanal-level control over the mechanical production process (water content is usually 28% ~30%).

Insistence on a full noodle drying process
Traditional noodle-making craftsmanship is recreated through modern scientific processes. From automated feeding to the two-stage aging/proving process, nine-step kneading process, continuous multi-stage drying process, automatic cutting then final resting, a production process that accepts no compromises produces noodles that are smooth, supple, springy, mush-resistant and chewy.

The natural colors and clear, delicious soup combine perfectly with the soup stock and seasoning. The noodles reflect the artisanal commitment to perfection in every detail.

Supplier management, traceability and quality testing emphasizes advanced preparation and preventive management. Every day, SING-LIN FOODS operates its own dedicated fleet of flour delivery trucks, transporting freshly milled, custom-blended flour directly from the mill to our 45-ton storage silos. An advanced smart control system oversees nine critical stages of noodle production, ensuring consistency and precision throughout the process. Our noodles are slowly air-dried for 8 hours to deliver exceptional texture and elasticity. We offer a wide variety of noodle thicknesses, ranging from 0.9 mm to 9 mm, with over a dozen specifications available. Additionally, we offer non-fried, steam-cooked ramen sheets that undergo high-pressure steam gelatinization—significantly reducing cooking time to just three minutes without compromising flavor or quality.
